I received my beautiful sectional. The quality is high end and well made. I have a small family room and Dan helped me design the perfect sectional. I was able to customize everything with all my touches and a special size. I would highly recommend factory furniture to anyone. D. Leiva

My wife and I went shopping at furniture row in Laguna Hills. We happened upon The Furniture Factory and from the minute we walked-in our experience was second to none. The professionalism Gamal and Dan exhibited throughout the entire process was sincerely impressive. They allowed us time to get a sense of what we wanted and then shared the option we had to personalize our purchase. The high-quality furniture was delivered and set up as promised. If you are looking for furniture, I encourage you to visit and see for yourself. I am a customer for life.

I don't Normally post reviews, but the when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve it. I was looking at R.Hardware originally and I stumbled upon the Furniture Factory while driving by. If you are looking for a couch this is the place! Gamal is amazing one of the best customer service sales rep I have ever done business with. He went over everything with me. He put up with me coming into is store 4 or 5 times before finally making a decision. Dan the owner is great as well. There couches are 10x more comfortable than anything else on the Market. They have the best version of the Cloud couch! Their prices are less than half of RH. and the quality is better. They built and delivered a custom couch to me in less than 30 days and I paid $4K vs. $12-$15K at RH. The comfort and quality is 10 times better. If you are looking for a new Couch this is the place to go! Hands Down! Call Gamal or Dan

We just selected our brand new couch and I am so excited! It was important for us to get a high quality couch that was made in USA and after visiting several stores (with either mediocre or laughably expensive couches) we found what we were looking for here. We picked the size, fabrics and filling to fit the room perfectly. The materials are very high quality. Their turn around time is super fast. We went in twice, first spoke with Gamal and then with Dan and both times customer service was awesome. Will update the post when we receive our couch, but in the meantime I want to get the word out that you don't have to settle for a cheap imported couch. For a great price you can get something soooo much better in quality and made in USA at Furniture Factory.

Similar to what others have shared: We were looking along furniture row and at all the typical stops: Ashley, Jerome's, Living Spaces, etc, and then decided to stop at Furniture Factory. We were met by Gamal who was informative and friendly. No pressure at all. During our next visit we met Dan (the owner), and that sealed the deal. Our sofa was delivered ahead of the promised time, and is beautiful! I had a question about something and they were responsive, and really focused on making sure we were happy! Why compromise on size or style when you can order something with the perfect dimensions for your room for about the same price as you'll spend anywhere else?! We highly recommend Furniture Factory!!

Furniture Factory has amazing quality and prices if you want custom made furniture. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gamal. From the hundreds of fabric colors they have available and several stellar designs, to the friendly interactions and professionalism throughout the entire process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We were in a bind - with a toddler and 5 month old our family had to leave LA due to the fires and relocate. We had zero furniture and I was frantically looking for a couch. Something to make everyone feel comfortable and thank god we found Dan and Furniture Factory. The quality of the furniture is amazing, we LOVE our couch, and Dan was awesome to work with. Not only were we able to find something that loved, but it was fantastically priced and immediately available and brought to our new home that day. Thank you, Dan you made one family very happy and VERY comfortable!

I just received my brand new gorgeous customized sofa and I couldn’t be happier! The permission to take home a few of the fabric samples for an overnight lighting check, and the ability to order the exact size sofa that I needed made this a great experience. The local manufacturing allowed for a rapid delivery. I highly recommend visiting the Furniture Factory showroom in Laguna Hills!

Found their furniture to be very comfortable and since it is made to order, it was exactly what we wanted. Good selection of fabrics and pet friendly options. I thought the prices were fair and the staff made great recommendations.
